Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if this urn is the right size?
Funeral directors typically recommend about one cubic inch per pound of body weight before cremation. At 275 cubic inches, this urn works for most adults up to around 275 pounds.
Is this urn heavy?
Stone is naturally heavier than wood or metal, which gives the urn a solid, stable feel on a shelf or table. Place it on a sturdy surface, and lift it with both hands from the base.
How do I keep the finish looking its best?
Wipe it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth now and then. To protect the finish, avoid harsh chemicals and spots with standing moisture.
Can I get this urn in time for a service?
Yes, we move quickly. Weekday orders placed by 1:00 PM CST ship the same business day, and personalized orders ship the same day when the proof is approved by 1:00 PM CST. After the cutoff, orders ship the next business day. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
