Frequently Asked Questions

How much will fit inside?

It holds only a small, symbolic amount, about a pinch (1/2 cubic inch). Many families fill a keepsake like this from the main urn so several people can each keep a part of their loved one close.

How do I put ashes inside?

Work over a clean sheet of paper, open the closure and spoon in a small amount using a tiny funnel or folded paper. A drop of clear sealant on the threads keeps it secure.

Is it waterproof?

The closure is not meant to be submerged, and chlorine and salt water can tarnish silver. Remove it before swimming or showering to keep it bright and the contents dry.

When will my order ship?

Place your order before 1:00 PM CST on a weekday and it ships the same business day. Engraved pieces ship the same day once the proof is approved by 1:00 PM CST, and anything completed later ships the next business day. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
